| The Community Council of Akrotiri, aiming at the development, progress and beautification of the community, has planned and effectuated a series of projects. Presented below are some of the completed projects, as well as those which have already been scheduled.
Completed Projects:
- Construction of a roof which will cover part of the Community Stadium’s stands. Its surrounding wall has also been repaired.
- Construction of a Fishing Reserve.
- Grass planting at the Community Stadium.
- Construction of stands at the Community Stadium.
- Creation of lavatories at the Community Stadium.
- Construction of an island outside the Community Stadium.
- Registration of Panikos Demetriou Street into a public street.
